Sorry for the late respons but i was working on several other projects.


You where right about the outer join insted of the inner join.

I found out that in other to present the right data i had to use an temporary table where both the data of the archive and actual table are present. So i made a copy of the fac.dbf along with the indexes and then append the data from the actual tabel factuur.dbf. Using the sql select on this temp table gives me just the data i want to show.
