Like this:
o=Createobject("excel.application")
o.visible = .T.

- Shrink VFP so it's not taking up the entire screen, and then drag the command window outside the VFP window.
- Move the VFP window so it's out of your way, and move the command window on top of the Excel page.

Now you have a command window in Excel! ;-)
