My mission is to create a copy of a class library in a different folder and make sure all of the references to its contained classes are modified accordingly.
I have searched the UT Files, Reports, Articles and FAQ and I have discovered how to move a class between libraries while preserving references to the class from other forms and classes.
But I could not find any discussions of copying whole libraries, and I know that at the very least, using Windows to simply copy a .vcx file, leaves a lot of referential (including self-referential) issues to be addressed.
I know about opening double instances of the Class browser, including all sources which reference a desired class, then moving the desired class to another library...a means for preserving class references when a single class moves.
I presume I could use some variant of above for copying the entire contents of a class library to an empty copy of itself in another directory.
Is there an easier way? What are all of the issues (referencing and otherwise) I need to address when copying an entire class library? Is there a third party product that'll do what I want?
