I am on the record here on the UT as saying Clinton should have been convicted for perjury and Gore is a liar.

I really don't care what Clinton did with Lewinsky... that is between he and Hillary (and to a lesser extent, Chelsea). What goes on behind closed doors is no one else's business, especially the right wing of the Republican Party. And I don't think the Lewinsky investigation had anything to do with Whitewater. The conservative right was out to get this guy from day one.

But my two areas of concern were:

1. He committed perjury.
2. He was willing to jeapordize his Presidency for a piece of a**, pardon my French < g >.

Anyone with any sense should have seen that this was going to become public. People talk about sex... a lot. And a 21 year old girl is going to talk about sex with someone, especially if it is the President.
