I don't want to show the result on the screen.
I am creating a 32 bit console application that opens a jpeg file, decodes it to a dib, then I want to draw text in the bitmap, encode it to jpeg and write it to another jpeg file.
Decoding and encoding works perfect using the "Intel Jpeg Library", writing text in the bitmap is another story.
