I've seen stuff (and as I recall, have done) like this. What I was saying was that I don't know if it's possible to do this to just a command button. The whole window, sure.

However, I don't recall any point in the VFP 7 product cycle when individual controls other than ActiveX containers had their own handle. As (I believe) Craig pointed out, this would take a hefty rewrite, and it wouldn't gain much for the effort.
The rewrite would probably be as significant as the one that had to occur in the FPW to VFP. I've surmized that we shouldn't expect something of this magnitude to take place unless the underlying OS underwent a similar change.
