Title:
Dllhost.exe increases 500K per request!?
ASP file creates fox DLL (multi-threading) wich writes output to the client using the ASP response object. So for each request from the client the ASP will perform a creatobject to the fox DLL.
When using the site we saw the server's physical memory decreasing dramatically.
The Windows Taskmanager shows us that dllhost.exe increases with about 500K after each request from the client.
Will dllhost.exe load an instance of the dll every time a createobject is performed in the ASP?
If not, what does increase the size off dllhost.exe?
If so, what can we do about it?
I guess i am forgetting something probably basic but i just can't find what it is.
Marco.
