Hi Fabio,

I'm running Outlook 2000 with Exchange and it works fine for me. I'd suggest putting a Suspend or a Wait Window on the line directly after the code that sets the unread = .F. to see if the code is actually running. If it is running then it may be worthwhile checking to see if your Outlook or Exchange is set up so that it doesn't allow changes by External Programs ( I don't know Outlook or Exchange well enough to know if there are such settings ).
