Thanks for the assistance. I did find 4 records for F_DBGWINDOW, as you mentioned in the FOXUSER resource file. After deleting the two records with recent dates, I also went back and Clear'd Breakpoints. There were around a dozen breakpoints saved which I was in the habit of activating, or deactivating as needed.

That appeared to solve the problem! Temporarily. I figured it was possibly a corrupted entry in a Memo field in the resource file (?) who knows. Just now, after using Debugger, stepping through code all day, it happened again.

Double-click on the Left side bar, to set a breakpoint. BOOM, I get Fatal Error C00000FD, and VFP crashes. However I had been performing the same action all day - hard to pinpoint the conflict.

Hate to think I must delete the entire Resource file and lose all my settings...
