You could put all 4 images one over the top of each other, and then simply toggle the .Visible properties in your timer.

>I am displaying 4 differnt BMP files in an image control. On a timer I change the image with thisform.img1.picture = akp1.bmp for the first time thisform.img1.picture = akp2.bmp and so on. It works fine but when I run the form I get mouse icon as hourglass icon. Can I remove this effect. I think this is happening because it takes time to load the image. I have set time interval as 1000. I think If I can load all 4 images in memory and than just assign the images on timer it will solve the problem. Can anyone please help me getting the right effect ?
