You'd have to tell it, either through DNS registration of the server, or through a custom mapping defined through the HOSTS file on the client station mapping a name to a static IP address assigned to the ftp server. Contact your ISP regarding the details of associating a domain name with a static IP address, or investigate a service such as Deerfield's DNS2GO service which provides a mechanism to map dynamic IP addresses to a DNS subdomain - www.deerfield.com
