I know it can be done with install shield or wise. I think the free version still comes with studio, if you have it. Its no walk in the park though. Extra help for the installshield route is at the installshield web site -> go to the news groups, the site itself is not real helpful.
Even it would seem the build of MSGraph being an option should be included when doing it in VFP.

A strategy might be to have install shield check for the existance of the registry entries that are used by msgraph and if not there create them after kicking off a child install of your VFP app.
