Ok, then my next questions are:

Was a computer account added to the server for the W2K machine?
Are you running TCP/IP, NetBEUI or a combination of both?
Can you ping your server from the W2K machine (to confirm connectivity)?

The wkst is a 450mz which will be cleaned off, upgraded and become a new Win 2k server. That's why I don't want to mess with the old 233mz server.
