Yes, it is. At least he had to pay a fine after being found guilty of contempt of court or whatever it was they slapped him with in Arkansas. Now, if they will take away his law license. At least he'll get some of the treatment the average citizen would receive. I heard today that he has stiffed the military by not giving them the raise he promised. I hope W will see that none of our armed forces is on food stamps. That is ludicrous!
