Hi everyone,
We have a french video club software used in Canada, France, Switzerland and Guadeloupe developped in Foxpro 2.5b for DOS. It works perfect under DOS only or DOS under Windows 95/98.
One of my client moved this application from windows 95 to NT. He had no problem before. He just wanted more power. I believe he is the first one to do this with this software.
But since he changed to NT he experiences some weird problems as;
o Internal consistency error
o File is in use
o Syntax error
The program is one .APP run with FOXD250B.ESL and FOXD250B.ESO (16 BIT) in a multiuser (3 stations) environment.
Do you think running in 32 bit with FOXPROX would make a difference?
I'm just thinking of something important, since I did not made the installation, is this the kind of error we get when FOXD250B.ESL and FOXD250B.ESO are not set to READ ONLY ??? <=
Is there any other 'secret' I should know about Foxpro running under NT ?
Thanks in advance
