One of the easiest ways to learn word vba is just to do stuff with "record" and then view the output. Not always the cleanest. If you know vfp you shouldn't find it too hard to transfer over.

I just started there last week so I've not had time to run any test myself. I've written some VBA inside of VFP5/6 but very little actual Word macros.
