>I need to send a report to a dot-matrix printer which I can do with the generic/text only driver in Windows 98. But I want to increase the width of the report for green-bar paper, which is done by selecting the "US std fanfold" size option in print setup. However, when I save the report, FoxPro always resizes it back to 8 1/2" X 11". Is there any way I can get around this to print wider reports?

I've had infuriating problems with a network where a user clicks a button a report prints out on a laser and labels onto a dot matrix. The network printer can't be saved as the printer in the report so the user always has that as her windows default printer. the labels using the local printer can have their printer set so they actively manage their print resource.
So far we are lucky that we haven't had to add another user onto the system who would, therefore, have another mix of local and network printers but using the same reports.
I don't believe the vfp suffers from this despite having a seemingly identical reporting tool. Yet another pressure to upgrade!
