That's what I have found... this client has the network infrastructure to host the site, but is hesitant to bring in an eCommerce server. They are not familiar with the technology, and would rather not have to ensure the up-time.

I would rather do the second option so we can get the server and set it all up -then ship it to the ISP and just tell them to plug it in.
