In which directory are you installing the ocx? It should be WINDOWS\SYSTEM (with the VFP Setup Wizard change the "Target Dir" to WinSysDir). Hope this helps.

I have installed it into the right directory. In Win NT *.ocx are in winnt\system32\.

Maybe you also need to install IE - the same version which is required by VS6.0. I had IE 3.0 (as far as I remember) on my computer.
It's very likely that this problem rises only in localized (polish) version of win nt.
