In a Employee File form when the user use pre stored data, for example, Gender, Users select Male or Female using the combo Box. After it is saved the user has the option to view such file. What will happen when the user clicks on the employee name the form should display all data pertaining to the employee file selected. What happens usually the combo box won't display the gender data. No matter what I do it will never display the gender. In some cases when the row source of the combo box is a table, it will not save the data on a specific row but only its record number.
