I think the knowledgebase website address can be found at www.seagatesoftware.com and do a search for knowledgebase or I think you can find it under Support on the website main menu. I also have the book Crystal Reports 7 for Dummies which was somewhat helpful to me. I also have the book Crystal Reports 7 by Peck, Osborne, McGraw Hill which is The Complete Reference. The book is more helpful to me for doing formulas which make me crazy. HTH
