Whats the preference of ODBC driver to use with Oracle.

Someone was mentioning to me the other day that it seems that MS's driver works with Oracle Long datatypes while Oracle's own driver doesn't appear to.

While Oracle's driver works with CLOB datatypes, but MS's doesn't.
