Sure, it's copyrighted, and MS owns it. Does MS have a policy on obsoleted articles like these, and if so, what is it?
Seems to me the UT has a good relationship with MS, and the UT would be an excellent host for these materials.
With a lot of people still using 2.x it seems shortsighted to remove self-help resources that, until early this year, were provided free. If MS is no longer willing to put up the server space to host them, maybe someone else is.
