Excuse my bad english, what I mean is that VFP freezes when I use CopyFile with LPT1: as the second parameter. So I have to press Ctrl+Alt+Del to Finish VFP. So I can't use GetLastError to know what happened.

>Have you tried the GetLastError API? If you call this after the failed CopyFile, it will return an extended error code which could help solve the problem.
