Here's an overview of the new version.
- The top panel is refreshing every 60 seconds. So, don't worry, if you have a new reply, it will be shown on the next refresh. This goes the same for a new conference just started.
- The middle panel is the mapping of all the new messages since your last login.
- The bottom panel is the operational panel.
- A new browser window will be opened in these situations:
- Click on the conference icon
- Click on the help icon
- Click on the funny face icon to get the ongoing status of the Universal Thread
- Click on the UT member listed in the ongoing status of the Universal Thread
- Click on any UT member company URL from everywhere
- Click on the UT member listed in the conference session
- When getting the map of all messages when retrieving older messages
