Like FPW before it, VFP forms are indeed real windows. The controls (command buttons, text boxes, etc.) aren't (and weren't). This hasn't changed in VFP 7.0. Whether or not it will in future versions is anyone's guess, but I'm beginning to believe that it won't happen.
