Maybe there's no technical reason, but I can think of some legal reasons why they might have done this (related to how KBs are "support", and if we're axing support on a product...). But technically, yes, server space is cheap.

Robert Green would have little to do with it. Remember that this isn't a VFP product issue, but a support division issue. It's not a matter of going higher, it's a matter of moving laterally to the correct person in the correct division. Garrett
might be able to point you in the right direction, but that's up to him. I'll try to research this and see what I come up with.
