If you want to write a virus may VFP is not the best choice. 8-)
I think nothing is absolutely impossible, but there is no evident ways to do what you want. Even in C++ is hard to make a process ABSOLUTELY invisible.
If it's worth the trouble, you have a LOT of research to do. I doubt anyone can give you a conclusive answer.
