I have a file created with fcreate() open on a NT server during a particular operation. The file is created from one of the Win98 workstations attached to the network running my application.
I'd like to programatically determine from another Win98 workstation which workstation has the file open.
I'd think this is possible but don't know where to start. Any ideas?
