You can either do it all by automation, scan through your data row, by row and write the according row into an Excel sheet (very slow :-( ) or just use Excel's ability to work with ODBC and import the data that way. This needs MS Query and ODBC to be installed on the machine that runs Excel.

Record a macro in Excel while doing a manually call to external data. This will show you the commands you need to do this query in an automated manner from VFP.
