Hi Guy,

The BitsPerPixel is set to 1 because in the VB example (which works) also requires it to be set to 1. If left at the default of 4, even VB chokes on it.
I will however, try this in the VFP prg as it cannot hurt at this point. I did try other output formats but I get the same error each time. If I do an ignore of the error in VFP, it does do the conversion.

PS - I'm originally from Marlborough NH and know Peterborough fairly well. My father even ran a flower shop there years ago.
