The easiest thing to do would be to use a ListView Control. Theres a method to get icons from the registry but I am not sure of at the moment. But it would be quite a possible thing. The Windows Explorer is not an Activex control, One of the probable reasons might be that Explorer runs as a shell for windows.

I know I can put Internet Explorer on a form (IE is actualy just an ActiveX control). Can I somehow put the Windows Explorer (just the right pane part, with large icons) on a form?
