It's a version control piece of software that is a Foxpro app (looks like it was a DOS app ported to Windows - ugly!). You call the app once inside the developer version, so it should be using all the elements of the developer environment. I was hoping someone out there was a developer or support person at one time for this app and could give me a hint.. Just before payroll tax table updates is not the time to lose your version control. :)
