I know how to join two string fields using -'-'-

Is there a similar sequence for joining two fields with a single space instead of a dash, or a comma and a space?

Example: mike bollinger or bollinger, mike

I tried lastname-', '-firstname BUT it displayed bollinger,mike (no space)
