You may want to use MSDE. MSDE stands for Microsoft Data Engine. It is basically SQL Server 7.0, with some limitations (database size, number of users) and it's freely distributable!. You can check out some articles at the Fox Wiki:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/msde/This is a nice solution because if your database does grow, or you have too many users, you can switch easily to SQL Server.
