Al,
The obvious case is the US military. Desert Storm was run by JFast.
The Euro Tunnel is run with FoxPro, and coming in on time and under budget was a big factor in the choice.
You'll find online articles about these at Advisor.com.
There is also a large bank application done by Jim Duffy, John V. Petersen, and Rod Paddock, but I don't know whether it was written up anywhere.

>This is something that I'm sure many of you have faced before . . . having to defend your choice to use VFP. Within my organization, this was proved only by showing the nay sayers the speed and power of the apps we have developed. Now, we are in a position to market our suite of reconciliation software to other parts of the country (Canada).

>I have amassed a fair amount of material on the strengths of VFP – and the proof will be in the demo of the software. However, invariably, there will be a tech person from the other organization(s) who knows absolutely nothing about VFP and will force us to defend our choice in using the product. As I mentioned, I feel comfortable doing so – however, the one thing I would like to have is a list of some ‘high-profile’ companies that use VFP in some form or another. Can anyone help me out on this one – or point me to source that has related information?
