Slave and [indentured] servant are the same word in Hebrew. There are different types of slavery.
Someone who really wanted biblical support for slavery could fashion an argument out of many passages of the Bible; however, with the previous statement in mind, that argument would be truly unfounded.

Ex 21:16, Deut 24:7 - these refer to kidnapping with a end result of slave trading or treatment, punishable by death.

As I said in my first post, See I Timothy 1:[9-11] for at least one New Testament reference which condemns the slave trade specifically.
Lev 19:18, Matt 7:12 (aka The Golden Rule).
Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
