>I have been writing code in vfp60 and now I need to start coding for web apps.

I just finsished an Internet search of the various possibilities.
The BEST tool out there is West-Wind's WebConnection. Rick may have been a mediocre Heavy-Metal "Head banger" (You can hear some of his music at his website) but his WebConnection Framework is AWESOME!
I just finished evaluating the WebConnection 3.52 demo and am recommending we adopt it. If you want to maximize your use of existing VFP code & skills and don't want to re-invent the wheel using CodeFusion, PHP, Python, MySQL, PostgrSQL, etc., then WebConnection is the way to go. (I am not an employee of West-Wind, but I feel like Saliari watching Motzart... 8-)
