I have just submitted to the files section my SP Builder utility. SP Builder is a straightforward, easy to use wizard that can generate several different types of stored procedures for your SQL Server database, including:

- Insert
- Update
- Delete
- Retreive by Primary Key
- Retreive all (for lookup tables)
- Retreive empty rowset

If you plan on building an application that uses Stored procedures in SQL Server for all data access functions, then this tool has the potential to save you countless hours.

The application must be run from a computer that has SQL Server 7.0 or later installed, because the SQL DMO objects are used to read and manipulate the database. It has been tested with SQL Server version 7.0 and SQL Server 2000.
