Well, does the VFP ODBC driver update indexes correctly? If so, then I can index. I had assumed that it did not. I have already discovered that, despite the MDAC documentation, the ODBC driver is not thread-safe.

I can probably work arond that, if the ODBC driver correctly updates indexes.
