Your version of Netscape does not support navigation within frames. You have to upgrade otherwise you can click on the mapping to get the message you were before doing the current option.

Also, I checked the error message file. I found that for some reason, when wanted to upgrade your personal information, you got an error which was related to the fact that your browser transmitted the fields values of the form in a weird order causing some fields to be missing. Yes, this error is related to the MTU. Have you tried a larger value?
