I tried this and couldn't get it to work. So I created a container class with two textboxes and placed this in my grid and it works. However, I have another problem. My sql statement produces nine(9) fields. My grid has five(5) cells. I set the controlsource in textbox1 in column1 to the first field, controlsource in textbox2 in column11 to the second field, controlsource in textbox1 of column2 to third field etc. But the fifth column in my grid has an edit control in it which the controlsource is set to field nine(9). This happens to be a memo field. All works okay but the fifth column wich displays the fifth field of my sql statement. Any clues?
