Well it seems that W2K is more stable itself, I was facing problems with my run time ODBC-Registration, I don't know about others, but it seems that it works finer than Win 9.x as far as the Memory managment is concerned.

So if you are using any Other Data Warehousing apart from VFP whereby you are using ODBC Registration, than you might have to change your code little bit.
