I think Sunday will be better. Even if not all the winners will be present, from what I've seen so far, I think about half of them will be there.

Marc, since you suggested it, can you arrange that with the hotel? :) I don't think we will be more than 20-25 people. So, a room of that size should be enough. There is no need for audio visual equipment as this is only for a small awards, briefing and other related stuff about the Universal Thread. This should be pretty easy to manage for the hotel staff. Just tell them we are from the DevCon attendees and they should be more than happy to reserve us a small room. 30 minutes to one hour should be what we need. I will let this to you to decide the exact time.

Keep us inform when this will be all setted up. Also, we can put a small list of who's interested in attending this meeting. We will also put that on the messages board there.
