There is no need for audio visual equipment as this is only for a small awards, briefing and other related stuff about the Universal Thread. This should be pretty easy to manage for the hotel staff. Just tell them we are from the DevCon attendees and they should be more than happy to reserve us a small room. 30 minutes to one hour should be what we need. I will let this to you to decide the exact time.

Marc the main bathroom in the lobby is probably big enough, the accoustics may be bad, but the price is right. We just put a sign on
the door with that great web phrase "Under Construction" :)
