>2) Pick up a book or two on VB and SQL Server and delve more deeply into some multi-tier issues using VB middle layers.
>3) Contribute a few more Wednesday Night Lectures on VB for VFP'ers (but without scheduling them around major holidays!)
>4) Learn and experiment with one API call per week.
>5) Use the ADO Command object more extensively.

For me,VB-wise

1) Rise above novice status in VB.
2) Work with the VB7 beta
3) By end of 2001 try to be working in VB/VFP 50/50
4) Start using XML as data communication between tiers
