Thank you for your suggestion.
I have change my ALLTRIM(Card_no) to card_no for my index. However, it still take 1 minute to pull 5000 records from my server.
I have tried to set my server network setting from 10 Full mode to AutoMode. It seem the performance improve alot!!!! 4 SECONDS!!!! It is same performance with 100 Full mode.
Any ideas?
