Hi Barbara
I was almost sure you did that test before, but I thought I ask anyway. :)
Next shot into the blue. Is it a form's method where the select doesn't work or are you in a custom based BizObject?
The reason why I ask that is a story that happend to me about a month ago and that I haven't any explanation for so far. I had a form, that behaved really strange. When a combobox class was instantiated on it, one of the class properties (an array) wasn't in the object instance. I still have that form and I can reproduce the behaviour. In every other form the class is doing as it should. I checked that form in about every way that came to my mind since, but I couldn't find anything special in it.
I don't really think that this might be related but if it is a form your working with, try once another one.
Rather clueless
Markus
PS I work here with SP4.
