I am having a problem with bbsystray responding to click events. When I run a form (modeless) it adds a tray icon and hides itself. A double-click un-hides the form. This works fine untill I run a configuration form before the the main form. Then the systray icon doesn't respond to mouse clicks.

I have tried a variety of things. I was originally running the main form from the config form, just before I released the config form. I then moved the run so that a .prg would first run the config form until certain values were valid, and then ran the main form. Each of these scenarios gives me the mouse click problem if I run the config form first (this happens when certain values aren't valid). If the main form runs first (config values are valid), it is fine. Both the config and main forms are modeless/top-level forms. Has anyone else had a similar experience or have some thoughts on this issue. Thanks in advance.
