I just joined UT this week, but I found a file that I think will do the trick.
Go to "Files/Third party products/". There you will find "Access Tools"

Description follows:
"Access Tools is a set of three utilities that will allow you to create Access Database files from VFP tables, Repair an Access Database file, and Compact an Access Database file without having Access on your computer. And now when you create your Access Table from your VFP table you have the option to also transfer the data. Now in version 1.03. Demo version."
